Anti-cold Tea – 30g

Linden promotes the excretion of water from the body, sweating. Meadowsweet, black elder, chamomile and plantain all contribute to the normal functioning of the respiratory system. Meadowsweet is antiseptic. Ingredients (in 1 infusion bag): Small-leaved lime – flower (Flos tiliae) 450 mg, elm meadowsweet (Herba filipendulae ulmaris) 300 mg, black flowerless (Flos sambuci) 255 mg, chamomile – flower (Flos chamomillae vulgaris 195 mg, plantain – leaf (Folium plantaginis) 195 mg, raspberry – leaf (Folium rubi idaei). Preparation: Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 infusion bag and leave to infuse for 15 min. Recommended dosage: 2 to 3 cups per day. Notice: Not suitable for children under 3 years. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. It is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children.
