Description

Hot paprika has a sharp, spicy taste. It is used in meat dishes, especially in goulash, sauces and cheeses, to which it adds not only a delicious taste, but also a distinctive red color. It is an integral part of a whole range of spice mixtures. It also adds excellent flavor to sausages, cottage cheese or fish dishes. Paprika is a traditional spice of Hungarian cuisine. Use sweet paprika for the base of dishes, then hot paprika for a spicy finish.
