Langoše Traditional Shallow Fried “Flat” Bread in Powder

Highlights:

“Langose” – “Pizza” bread in powder

Pack contains : 500g powder mix, 7g dried yeast. Add : 330ml of water

Recipe :

1) Put powder mix into a bowl, add dried yeast, water and whisk thoroughly. Gently sprinkle the surface with

flour. Cover it with a dishtowel and let rise for 40 minutes in a warm place.

2) Divide dough into 10 pieces and roll out into thin pancakes. Just before frying stretch the pancakes by hand around the perimeter into the size of the pan. Fry on both sides at a higher layer of oil until golden brown.

3) Add salt, ketchup, grated cheese, garlic spread or sour cream according to taste.
