🚚Delivery

Yes, we offer UK-wide delivery. We dispatch orders across the United Kingdom so customers can enjoy authentic Czech and Slovak food wherever they are based.

We offer free delivery on qualifying orders over £50. Please check the current offer shown on the website or at checkout for the latest delivery rates.

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, and the type of products ordered.

If tracking is available for your order, details will be provided after dispatch. You can also log in to My Account to view your order status.

Our courier will leave a card with re-delivery or safe-place options. For frozen or fresh orders we recommend being available to receive them promptly.

We sell authentic Czech and Slovak groceries, including frozen food, drinks, sweets, snacks, ready meals, cupboard staples and fresh food.

Yes. We source directly from trusted Czech and Slovak suppliers and manufacturers to ensure every product is genuine.

Most products have labels in Czech or Slovak. We include key information such as ingredients and allergens in our product descriptions where possible.

❄️Frozen & Fresh Products

Yes, we stock frozen favourites as well as fresh, chilled, drinks, snacks, pantry items and other authentic Czech and Slovak groceries.

We pack fresh, chilled and frozen items with extra care — using insulated boxes and ice packs — to help maintain quality during delivery.

Please unpack and store fresh, chilled and frozen items correctly immediately after delivery. Frozen items should be placed in the freezer straight away.

Yes — our frozen packaging is designed to keep products frozen during transit. If your frozen items arrive thawed, please contact us immediately.

💳Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna and other payment options shown at checkout.

Yes. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Klarna Buy Now Pay Later is available at checkout, subject to eligibility. Select Klarna as your payment method to see available options.

You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders, save your address and reorder more easily.
